Quick Chicken Tortilla Soup
- 3 cups v 8 vegetable juice
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chicken
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 14 cup crushed tortilla chips
- Add contents of cans and seasonings together to heat through.
- Top with sour cream, cheese, and chips.
- They do not have to be crushed, I just didn't know how to quantify for the ingredient calculations.
- Add toppings in quantities you choose!
