Italian Meat Loaf

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk in large bowl.
  2. Add meat, 1/2 of the tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
  5. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over meat loaf.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until meat loaf is cooked through.
