Crab and Corn Chowder

  1. Melt butter in 6 quart pot.
  2. Add onion,whole corn and half the crabmeat.
  3. Cook till onions are clear.
  4. Add clam broth,liquid from corn & creamed corn.
  5. Bring to boil & add evap.
  6. milk & 1/2& 1/2.
  7. Simmer (do not boil).
  8. Add potatoes.
  9. Add remainder of crabmeat the next day.
  10. Cool in refrigerator and reheat the next day.
