Sweet and Sour Sauce

• 2 lbs meatballs, made your favourite way from 2 lbs. ground beef
• 34 cup white sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 14 cup vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 cups cold water
• 14-12 cup ketchup

1. mix together sugar, flour, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, adding water a little bit at a time 'til completely mixed together.
2. Add to browned meatballs, place in slow cooker and cook on medium for about 3 hours or as desired.
