Tuna! Cream of Mushroom! Brown Rice! Kettle Cooked Chips! Recipe Crumbs83
- One cup brown rice, uncooked.
- Two 5oz. cans of chunk light tuna, 1 in water, 1 in oil.
- One can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- One bag of kettle cooked chips, any brand.
- Cook the brown rice... it does take about 90 minutes, but with a rice cooker, its set it and forget it".
- And no other type of rice will work as well.
- The nutty flavor is important (not to mention the health benefits).
- Fluff the cooked rice, and mix in, first, the can of tuna with water (dont drain).
- Then mix in the tuna with oil.
- Mix well, so all the tuna is seperated.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, unheated.
- Do not add water.
- Mix well.
- Put the mixture in a bowl, and scoop as much of it as you can on each chip you pick!
