  1. Cook the brown rice... it does take about 90 minutes, but with a rice cooker, its set it and forget it".
  2. And no other type of rice will work as well.
  3. The nutty flavor is important (not to mention the health benefits).
  4. Fluff the cooked rice, and mix in, first, the can of tuna with water (dont drain).
  5. Then mix in the tuna with oil.
  6. Mix well, so all the tuna is seperated.
  7. Add the cream of mushroom soup, unheated.
  8. Do not add water.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Put the mixture in a bowl, and scoop as much of it as you can on each chip you pick!
