Best In Leeds Meatloaf Recipe

  1. Cube bread and soak in lowfat milk.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine grnd chuck, sausage, onion, celery, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, mix well.
  4. Add in soaked bread to egg and add in this to meat mix.
  5. Form into loaf and place into a 4 3/4 x 8 3/4 inch loaf pan.
  6. Spread Piquant Sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
