Best In Leeds Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 pound grnd chuck
- 1/2 pound warm sausage
- 2 slices soft bread
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsp. celery, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Cube bread and soak in lowfat milk.
- Set aside.
- Combine grnd chuck, sausage, onion, celery, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, mix well.
- Add in soaked bread to egg and add in this to meat mix.
- Form into loaf and place into a 4 3/4 x 8 3/4 inch loaf pan.
- Spread Piquant Sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
