Meat Shreds With Green Beans
- 4 cups green beans, cut into 2 inch diagonal pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lb beef, cooked shredded
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Drop beans in boiling water; cook until beans are bright green.
- In wok stir fry beans with garlic.
- Add beef; cook for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken stock mixed with cornstarch.
- Add sherry wine and soy sauce.
- Stir until thick.
