Creamy Spinach-Ranch Dip

• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
• 1 env. (1.25 oz.) KRAFT Thick & Creamy Ranch Dip, Dressing and Recipe Mix
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained and cooled
• 1 carrot, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow peppers

1. Mix sour cream, mayo and dip mix in medium bowl until blended.
2. Stir in vegetables.
