Xmas Cookies

• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup shortening or 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sour milk (make by adding 1tsp vinegar,and let set for a little while)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 5 12 cups flour

1. Cream sugar and shortening, add eggs and beat together.
2. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Roll out on Floured board and cut out with favorite cookie cutters.
4. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
5. Cool and Frost.
