Grilled Pineapple-Orange Chipotle Burger

  1. Combine pineapple and peppers; set aside.
  2. For each serving: Season 1 patty with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  4. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  5. Spread 2 Tbsp.
  6. of the sauce evenly onto cut sides of 1 of the rolls.
  7. Place 1/4 cup of the lettuce on bottom half of roll; top with 2 tomato slices, burger and 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the pineapple mixture.
