Herb Baked Chicken Fingers Recipe

  1. Dissolve bouillon granules and mustard in boiling water; add in garlic and next 4 ingredients and stir well.
  2. Place chicken strips in 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  3. Pour herb mix over chicken.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 min or possibly till chicken is tender; drain.
  5. Or possibly microwave on high for 10 min stirring after 5 min.
  6. Yields 5 servings.
