Mom's Crab Cakes

  1. Mix crab, onions, celery, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley flakes and dry mustard in a bowl.
  2. Mix prepared mustard and mayonnaise and add to crab mixture.
  3. Beat eggs in small bowl, tear up bread & put in eggs.
  4. Add eggs & bread mixture to crab mixture.
  5. Mix well, form into cakes.
  6. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
