Mom's Crab Cakes
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 23 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices bread
- 2 garlic cloves (optional)
- Mix crab, onions, celery, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley flakes and dry mustard in a bowl.
- Mix prepared mustard and mayonnaise and add to crab mixture.
- Beat eggs in small bowl, tear up bread & put in eggs.
- Add eggs & bread mixture to crab mixture.
- Mix well, form into cakes.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
