Hot Holland Punch
- 9 ounces Bols Genever
- 9 ounces Demerara syrup (equal parts demerara sugar and hot water)
- 3/4 teaspoon spice mix (1/4 ground allspice
- Make demerara syrup by combining demerara sugar and hot water in a bowl, and mix together nutmeg, allspice and ground cloves to make spice mix.
- In a punch bowl or teapot, combine the ingredients and top with 8 ounces of hot water.
- Serve in teacups and garnish with a lemon slice per cup.
