Easy Tomato and Cucumber Salad

• 1 large cucumber, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green peppers
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
• 4 oz. KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
• 1/2 tsp. lemon zest

1. Combine ingredients.
