Tortellini Bowl
- 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 jar vodka pasta sauce
- 1/2 c. brine-packed mixed country olives
- Cook pasta as package directs.
- Meanwhile heat vodka sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Drain tortellini, toss with some of the sauce and all the olives.
- Pour into serving bowls.
- Top with shaved Parmesan cheese, if desired, and garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve remaining sauce at the table.
