Mississippi Mud

  1. Combine 1st layer and press into a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes at 325.
  3. Combine second layer and spread over cooled crust.
  4. Combine pudding and milk and let it set up for a minute.
  5. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
  7. Refrigerate and serve.
