Roasted Red Potatoes w/ Bacon & Cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes, toss lightly.
  4. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13 baking dish; cover with foil.
  5. Bake 40 minutes.
  6. Remove foil; bake additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
