Autumn Corn Bake Recipe
- 2 pkt (10-ounce) frzn corn, thawed, liquid removed
- 1/2 lb Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 1/4 c. Cornmeal
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced green pepper
- 1 dsh Pepper
- Combine ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into 1-1/2-qt casserole; cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees, 45 min.
- 6 servings.
