Tomale Chili Bean Casserole Recipe
- 3 lg. XLNT tomales
- 1 sm. can green chilies
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can chili-beans with meat
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 medium tomato
- Mash down tomales in bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan.
- Put 1/2 can green chilies over tomales; top with chili beans with meat.
- Layer again with green chilies and rest of Cheddar cheese.
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees; cold down.
- Top with lowfat sour cream and tomatoes and sliced olives (optional).
