Kels kicking ribs!
- 1 pork ribs
- 2 table spoons of honey
- 2 table spoons of peri peri sauce
- 2 table spoons of dark soy sauce
- 1 red chilli
- 1 spoon lazy garlic
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together,apart from spring onion.
- Make sure chilli is chopped fine,take the ribs and dip them in the bowl of ingredients,make sure all ribs are covered with this, place them on a plate and cover them,pop in fridge for 4 hours.
- After this pre heat oven to warm for twenty mins, place ribs in a suitable dish for oven,cook for 40 mins, bring them out give them a turn over add a few drizzles of honey , salt and pepper and put them back in for 20 minutes.
- When ready serve on a plate with chopped spring onions.
