Tofu Salad with Okra and Tomato
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 bag Okra
- 1 large Tomato
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp The juice from grated ginger
- 1 Chopped scallions
- Put a plate on top of the firm tofu, and drain excess water.
- Chop the okra and tomato into pieces, and pour over the sauce.
- The sauce ingredients are 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, and chopped scallions.
