Best Ever Tuna Casserole
- 1 package (12 Oz.) Egg Noodles
- 1/4 cups Chopped Onion
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided Use
- 1 cup Frozen Baby Peas
- 3 cans (6 Oz. Size) Canned Tuna, Drained Well
- 3 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 6 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
- 1 can Sliced Mushrooms Drained, 4.5 Ounce Can
- 1 cup Crushed Potato Chips
- 1.
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
- Cook noodles until al dente (according to package instructions for al dente) then drain the noodles.

- Preheat oven to 425F.
- 3.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, milk and mushrooms.
- 4.
- Transfer to a 9 x 13 baking dish and top with potato chips and the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- 5.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot.
