Best Ever Tuna Casserole

  2. Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
  3. Cook noodles until al dente (according to package instructions for al dente) then drain the noodles.

  5. Preheat oven to 425F.

  7. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, milk and mushrooms.

  9. Transfer to a 9 x 13 baking dish and top with potato chips and the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  10. 5.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  12. Serve hot.
