Mean Green Smoothie #3
- 1 large carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 large banana
- 1 medium grapefruit
- 1 12 cups spinach leaves
- 12 cup kale leaf
- 5 ice cubes
- 12 cup almond milk
- Add ice, frozen bananas, celery, and carrots to the blender (I use a 48 year old Vitamix) first, then add the rest.
- Use the tamper to tamp down.
- Makes 1 big serving or two small.
