Pennie's Health Bread

  1. Mix yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup of the water.
  2. Let sit til bubbly.
  3. Add wet ingredients, then dry ingredients.
  4. Knead for 15 minutes.
  5. Let rise for about 2 hours.
  6. Punch down and form into a loaf.
  7. Let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  8. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes.
