Cinnamon Apple Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  4. In another medium bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.
  5. Add the flour mixture, stirring until just moistened.
  6. Pour the batter into the baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into 36 bars.
