Crispy Fish Fillets Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
• 1 c. club soda
• 1/2 c. flourlb. fish fillet
• Oil to deep fry

1. Mix biscuit mix and club soda.
2. Flour fish.
3. Dip in biscuit and soda batter; deep fry.
