Roman Snowball

• Crushed ice
• 2 ounces Sambuca
• 3 coffee beans

1. Pack an 8-ounce wineglass half full of crushed ice.
2. Pour the Sambuca over the ice and top with the coffee beans.
3. The beans are chewed like candy after they have absorbed the flavor of the liqueur.
