Turnip Souffle Recipe

  1. Boil turnips and carrots together till tender.
  2. Mash and add in other ingredients.
  3. Place in greased casserole; top with bread crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  5. (Beat egg and mix with lowfat milk before adding to turnips and carrots.)
  6. Serves 6.
