Grandpa's Roast

  1. place roast in roaster or crockpot.
  2. add quartered potatoes, carrots peeled and cut into chunks and peeled and quartered onions.
  3. mix ketchup with 20 ounces of water and cover roast.
  4. add water if needed.
  5. Cook at 350 degrees until roast is falling apart or in crockpot on low for 4 hours or on high for 8 to 10.
  6. I always prefer to roast on low for longer.
  7. remove meat and veggies to a plate and thicken juices with flour mixed into a bit of water in a seperate pan over medium heat.
