Chili Con Carne
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 12 green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 8 drops hot sauce
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (6 ounce) can water
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
- Process tomatoes on LO to desired consistency; set aside.
- Brown ground beefwith onion, green pepper and garlic; drain.
- In large saucepan combine beef mxture and remaining ingredients except chili beans; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in beans; simmer until thoroughly heated.
