Chicken, Cream Of Onion Recipe

  1. Spread diced onions and dry onion soup mix on bottom of baking pan or possibly roaster.
  2. Spread raw rice over top.
  3. Lay pcs of raw chicken on top.
  4. Mix cream of onion soup and 3 c. water and pour over chicken.
  5. This will be very watery, do not become alarmed.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
  7. Does not need salt, depending on your preference.
  8. Yield: 8 servings.
