Basalmic Chicken Salad

  1. 1 day ahead cut chicken into pieces.
  2. Marinate in 1 of the bottles of dressing over night.
  3. Make a big salad from the rest of ingredients.
  4. Stir-fry the chicken in 1/2 cup (125 ml) marinade.
  5. Add to the salad.
  6. Add enough dressing for your taste.
  7. Serve.
