Beef Rolled Vegetables
- 200 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 Carrot
- 8 French beans
- 1 cut to the same length as the beans Burdock root
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 i piece Ginger
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Flour slurry
- 1 Oil
- Cut the carrots, French beans and burdock into thin strips and blanch.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the vegetables.
- Spread the slice of beef, place the blanched vegetables and ginger on top, and roll.
- Secure the edges of the meat with the flour slurry.
- Pour some oil in a frying pan, place the rolls in and fry them.
- When they are fried, pour in the ingredients to season.
- When the roll is all covered with the sauce, it is done.
