Beef Rolled Vegetables

  1. Cut the carrots, French beans and burdock into thin strips and blanch.
  2. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the vegetables.
  3. Spread the slice of beef, place the blanched vegetables and ginger on top, and roll.
  4. Secure the edges of the meat with the flour slurry.
  5. Pour some oil in a frying pan, place the rolls in and fry them.
  6. When they are fried, pour in the ingredients to season.
  7. When the roll is all covered with the sauce, it is done.
