Grilled Pork Steak with KA BBQ Rub

  1. Mix season rub and season pork steaks generously.

  3. Refrigeration pork steaks 4 to 24 hours.
  4. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  5. Grilled pork steaks for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.
  6. When the juices begin to pool up on the top of the pork steaks, flipped over and cook for 4 or 5 more minutes.
