Grilled Pork Steak with KA BBQ Rub
- 1 Pork steaks (about 1 pound each)
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 1/2 tsp Rubbed tyme
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
- 1/2 tsp Coco (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Mix season rub and season pork steaks generously.
- (store extra seasoning in an container)
- Refrigeration pork steaks 4 to 24 hours.
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Grilled pork steaks for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.
- When the juices begin to pool up on the top of the pork steaks, flipped over and cook for 4 or 5 more minutes.
