Brocolli Cheese Noodle Soup Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 3/4 c. Minced onion
- 6 c. Water
- 6 x Chicken bouillon cubes
- 8 ounce Thin egg noodles
- 1 tsp Salt
- 20 ounce Frzn minced brocolli
- 1/8 tsp Chopped garlic
- 6 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 lb Velvetta cheese
- In a large pan, heat oil, add in onions and saute/fry over medium heat for 3 min.
- Add in water and bouillon.
- Heat to boiling.
- Add in noodles and salt.
- Cook uncovered 3 min.
- Stir in brocolli and garlic.
- Cook 4 min more.
- Add in lowfat milk, cubed velvetta cheese and dash of pepper and continue cooking till the cheese melts.
