Yummy Vegetable Casserole
- 2 bags (about 16 Oz. Bag) Frozen Veggies (whatever You Like, Mixed Bags Are Best)
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Condensed Soup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cheese - I Use Cheddar, But You Can Use Any Other Kind Of Melting Cheese
- 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large casserole dish, combine the soup (no water or milk added), mayo, and cheese.
- Once these ingredients are combined, add the veggies.
- (You can add more cheese if you likeI do).
- Once the mixture is combined well, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven).
- Tip: if you want to make this a heartier meal, you can add already cooked rice and/or chicken to it.
