Sweet Cali-Slaw

• 2 cups napa cabbage, thickly sliced
• 12 cup carrot, matchstick
• 12 cup jicama, matchstick
• 14 cup slivered almonds
• 14 cup dried apricot, sliced
• 4 tablespoons orange-poppyseed vinaigrette

1. Toss all ingredients with vinaigrette in a large bowl.
