Grilled Peaches with Nutmeg and Cream

• 1 cup cream
• 4 peaches, cut in half, pit removed
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• Olive oil
• Ammaretti cookies, crumbled

1. Combine cream and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl; whisk until thick.
2. Toss peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. Place on grill, cut side down.
4. Allow peaches to grill until grill-marks are visible; flip over and continue to grill until hot.
5. Serve with Ammaretti cookies and top with cream.
