Cajun Corn Chowder Recipe

  1. Place lowfat milk, chicken broth, Mexicorn, corn and peppers in a large saucepan.
  2. Shake in spices to taste.
  3. In another pan, saute/fry onions and celery in margarine; then add in to broth.
  4. Simmer 10 to 15 min; let stand 1 to 2 hrs.
  5. Reheat and serve.
