  2. Then, fold in flour and 2 c. water.
  3. Store in glass jar covered with cloth fastened with rubber band.
  4. Keep at room temperature for 5 days.
  5. It should bubble and have yeasty aroma.
  6. Feed with the following and store in refrigerator.
  7. 1 c. hot water 3 tbsp.
  8. instant potatoes
  9. You can take out a cupful to make bread anytime as long as it reaches room temperature first.
  10. The Potato flake bread recipe was the same as Sour Dough except 1/2 c. sugar instead of 1/4 c.. Use sour dough bread recipe following.
