Mixed Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe
- 1 med. green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 med. red cabbage, finely shredded
- 4 lg. carrots, peeled and grated
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced pimientos
- 1 c. prepared cole slaw dressing
- Dash warm pepper sauce
- Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, onions, green pepper and pimientos in large bowl.
- Add in dash warm pepper sauce to dressing.
- Pour dressing mix over vegetables and toss thoroughly to coat.
- Yield: 6-8 servings.
