Rashna's 3 peppers and ham scrambled eggs!
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 piece yellow bell pepper
- 1/3 piece green bell pepper
- 1/3 piece red bell pepper
- 1 salt
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 2 slice ham
- 1 grated cheese (optional)
- Break two eggs in a bowl and add pepper, salt, milk and baking powder.
- Beat well.
- Cut peppers into little squares.
- Cut ham into small pieces.
- Add oil in frying pan and put on medium heat.
- Add peppers and move it around for about 2mins.
- Add ham and move around for about a minute.
- Keeping in mind I have used sandwich ham here.
- Add eggs and proceed to scramble.
- Once fluffy and no longer liquid serve on toast and top with cheese and condiments of choice.
- Enjoy!
- I sometimes add mushrooms and onions.
- Ham can be substituted for bacon.
- Yummmm!
