Pie Crusts Recipe

  1. Combine the flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Cut in shortening.
  3. Beat together vinegar, egg and water.
  4. Stir into flour mix.
  5. Divide into 4 equal portions.
  6. Place in wax paper.
  7. Refrigerateat least 30 min before rolling out on floured surface.
  8. If baking before filling, prick bottom and side walls with fork; bake at 450 degrees for 10 min.
  9. Bake till crust is golden brown.
  10. For a filled shell, bake according to pie filling recipe.
