KRAFT Grilled Italian Chicken Salad
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, divided 2x 1/2 (125) cup (mL)
- 1 bunch fresh spinach leaves, washed & torn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Sprigs of fresh basil
- MARINATE chicken in 1/2 cup (125 mL) dressing for 30 minutes.
- AFTER marinating, discard excess dressing from raw chicken.
- GRILL chicken until done; brushing with additional dressing.
- TOSS spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes and onion with remaining dressing.
- ARRANGE on plates, top with diagonally sliced chicken; garnish with basil.
