Bacon cheddar burger bombs
- 1 lb ground beef(browned and drained)
- 1 large yellow onion minced
- 1 lb bacon chopped
- 7 slice cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup cold water
- Preheat oven 350F Add flour and salt.
- mix
- In a seperate bowl .Lightly beat eggs and water together
- Make a well in flour and slowly beat in egg mixture creating a soft dough
- Knead for 5 minutes until pliable.
- Cut in half and cover with damp cloth for 20 minutes.
- While dough is resting brown the hamburger.
- drain .brown bacon add onions and garlic to frying pan then hamburger in saute for a few minutes .
- Remove from heat put cream cheese and shredded cheese in meat mixture mixing well while meat is still warm.
- Cut dough balls in 4 (8 all together) roll out each quarter to a rectangle around 11.5 inches cuttin a 3x3 inch squares..should make 7 or 8 squares per quarter dough ball.
- Fill each square with 1 table spoon of filling dampen edges and close squares twisting at the top .like a package..brush cold water on tips before placing in oven.
- Place then in a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
