Chicken Lollipops

  1. TO MAKE MARINATE: Combine the soya sauce,red chili powder,vinegar,garlic and green chiles.
  2. Mix well.
  3. On the chicken wing, push the meat down to one end.
  4. Marinate the wings for AT LEAST 1/2 hour.
  5. Remove the wings from the marinate and add the cornstarch to the marinate also add 1 tablespoon water to make a batter.
  6. Dip the wings in the batter and deep fry.
  7. They are now ready to serve..
