Chicken Lollipops
- 10 chicken wings
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp green chili paste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- TO MAKE MARINATE: Combine the soya sauce,red chili powder,vinegar,garlic and green chiles.
- Mix well.
- On the chicken wing, push the meat down to one end.
- Marinate the wings for AT LEAST 1/2 hour.
- Remove the wings from the marinate and add the cornstarch to the marinate also add 1 tablespoon water to make a batter.
- Dip the wings in the batter and deep fry.
- They are now ready to serve..
