Minty Hot Chocolate

• 1 qt. (4 cups) 2% milk
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped
• 1 tsp. mint extract

1. Place milk, chocolate and mint extract in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat until chocolate is melted and mixture just comes to boil, stirring constantly.
2. Pour into serving cups.
3. Serve topped with whipped topping and Chocolate-Dipped Cinnamon Sticks (see Tip below), if desired.
