Turkey 'N Stuffing Zucchini Boats

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Scoop out seeds and flesh from centers of zucchini halves; discard.
  3. Place shells on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Mix turkey, stuffing mix, Parmesan, egg and ketchup.
  5. Press into zucchini shells; top with pasta sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Bake 25 min.
  7. or until filling is done (165 degrees F).
