Macroni cheese

  1. Boil the macroni and drain the water.
  2. Then put it back in to the bowl
  3. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan on a low heat.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook the mixture for 1 minute.
  5. Take the pan off thhe heat and add little milk.
  6. Stir it really well and then add the rest of the milk, at little at each time.
  7. Heat the pan again a then start making the sauce boil.
  8. Make sure it doesn't stick
  9. The sauuce will began to thicken.
  10. Let it bubble for 1 minute and then add 175 grams of the cheese and take it out the heatpan from the heat.
  11. Pour the sauce over the macroni and stir it well.
  12. Brush some butter into an oven proof dish and pour the cheesy macroni in it.
  13. Sprincle the rest of the cheese .
  14. Then bake the macroni about 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  15. Wearing oven gloves take out the dish.
  16. Let the macroni cool for some minutes and then serve it
