Vegetarian Stir-fry (Instant) Noodles
- 7 ounces, weight White Button Mushrooms
- 1 whole Carrot
- 3-58 ounces, weight Asparagus
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Red Chili Pepper
- 1 package (3 Oz. Package) Instant Noodles, Such As Ramen
- 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
- Oil, For Frying
- 1.
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Shred the carrot.
- Cut the asparagus.
- Chop the garlic and pepper.
- 2.
- Partially cook the instant noodles (only 70%-80% cooked).
- 3.
- Strain the noodles.
- 4.
- Heat the wok, add the oil and garlic.
- 5.
- Fry the garlic lightly.
- And the chili, too!

- Add all the vegetables.
- 7.
- Add the seasoning.
- 8.
- Finally, add the noodles.
- 9.
- Stir-fry them well.
